OK,
1. Cooked ground meat patties on bread or a bun is thought to have originated in HAMBURG, GERMANY. thus the name "Hamburger".
2.In the early days of motor vehicles people started to dislike parking on the street, so the term "DRIVEWAY" was coined for a way to drive from the public street or road to private parking or garage.
3.At the same time the road (way) through a scenic park was called a "PARKWAY".
Hope that clears it up for you, John.
