did i order the snow??

now this is what im talking about!!woke up this morning about six and there wasnt shit on the ground then around 9 this morning god open the flood gates (if there is such a thing. god not flood gates). then wow holy shit you should see it now. they are calling for like 15 inches now and blizzard conditions. gee what wonderful birthday present this is for me. but unfortunetly i have been stuck inside at grandmas and papaws because dad is too afraid to drive in the snow. that was until my loving sister came and rescued me from the dark dungen know as my grandparents house. of course i paid my sister back by throwing snow at her and just soaking her from head to toe. oooops even got her coach purse. but the way i look at it if your going to pay hundreds of dollars for a purse it should be snow proof. i do beleive dad is going to go to petes tomorrow, so atleast i will get out of the dungen tomorrow. well wish i was able to take pics but i cant so i will leave that to robin or someone else. hopefully all the yankees up here in my family wont be to afraid to venture out in this winter wonderland so i can see everyone. one would think if you have spent your entire life up here then a few feet of snow wouldnt bother you, but hey what do i know im a brooks, right?

ROAD TRIP

well its time for father and i do to our trip to Ohio together again. but I'm very disappointed that there isn't much of a chance for snow this time. hopefully that will change here in the next few days. wouldn't it be nice to have a white birthday? don't worry I'm not coming up there so i can be showered with gifts for my birthday. i can't believe that brandy didn't know what cornhole was or had never played it before. she hasn't been gone from up there that long. well robin it looks like barack Hussein obama will win the nomination. that's too bad, i guess all the republicans crossing over to vote for Hilliary didn't work (since she is the weakest candidate). so we will have to work a little harder but i don't think Hussein be president. i find it funny that everyone is making a big stink about bill Cunningham using barack's middle name in a speech. whats the big deal? do all the left wings think they wont use his middle name if by some miracle he does win the presidency when he is sworn in? well robin we can continue this later cause I'm sure you got something to say about that.

CORNHOLE, ANYONE?????

Rob and I got together last night with Rebekah (Ray's granddaughter, Raylene's daughter) and her husband Andy. We went out to eat and then partied like rock stars at their house! They introduced us to the game of Cornhole (resist the urge to comment, MARK!). Actually it's like a combination of horseshoes and bean bag toss....we had so much fun! I think their neighbors think we are a bunch of crazy YANKEES! ANYhoo...we had a great time...she and Andy are doing well and seem to be liking it down here. She will be teaching full time in Cobb County next year, and his job keeps him busy traveling all around the country. They are also very excited, because they are expecting their first baby in August!!!
